Mr Middlemas is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He worked for a large international chartered accounting firm before joining the Normandy Mining Group.

At the time, Normandy was Australia’s largest gold miner. In 2002 it was taken over by Newmont Mining for $5.1 billion. Mr Middlemas was a senior group executive at Normandy for approximately 10 years.

He has had extensive corporate and management experience and is an experienced Chairman of ASX, LSE, NASDAQ and European listed resource companies.

Mr Woodman is a geologist with over 25 years’ experience in exploration, development and operations in the resources sector.

Mr Woodman has worked for numerous mining companies during his extensive career and has been influential in several major project acquisitions and discoveries.

Mr Woodman most recently held the position of Chief Geologist at Regis Resources Limited. Prior to this he held positions with Papillon Resources Limited, Sovereign Metals Limited, WCP Resources Limited (now named Piedmont Lithium Limited) Samantha Gold NL, Ranger Minerals NL, Hellman & Schofield Pty Ltd, Centamin Egypt Ltd and Kingsgate Consolidated Ltd.

Mr Behets is a geologist with over 28 years’ experience in mineral exploration and mining. He has had extensive corporate and management experience and has been Director of several ASX-listed companies including Mantra Resources Limited, Papillon Resources Limited, and Berkeley Energia Limited.

Mr Behets was instrumental in the founding, growth and development of Mantra Resources. He has a strong combination of technical, commercial and managerial skills and extensive experience in exploration, Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve estimation, feasibility studies and operations across a range of commodities, including uranium, gold and base metals.

Mr Inwood is a Geologist with over 25 years’ international experience in the exploration and mining industry, with specific expertise in base metals, gold and speciality metals.

He has had significant management, consulting, and venture capital experience, and was previously Managing Director of Berkut Minerals Limited, Executive Geologist with Verona Capital, Principal Resource Geologist with the international mining consultancy Coffey Mining, and spent nine years with Barrick Gold.

Mr Inwood led the geological team that established the world-class endowment of the Panda Hill Niobium Project in Tanzania. He holds a Masters Degree in Geology and is a Fellow of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Mr Syme is a Chartered Accountant and an accomplished mining executive with over 26 years’ experience in senior management roles in Australia and overseas.

He most recently held the position of Managing Director of copper-gold developer Sierra Mining Limited, which merged with RTG Mining Inc in early June 2014.

Mr Syme was responsible for the acquisition of Sierra’s key Mabilo Project in late 2011. Prior to joining Sierra he was Managing Director of Berkeley Energia Limited where he successfully guided the acquisition and scoping studies of Berkeley’s Salamanca Uranium Project in Spain.

As a key project originator at Apollo Group, Mr Kailis has played a pivotal role in identifying, structuring, and securing funding for global mining and resource projects.

He has successfully driven strategic acquisitions, divestments, and equity raisings, facilitating the development and expansion of major mining assets.

Mr Kailis previously worked with a US Private Equity Group, leading investment strategies and arranging financing for mining ventures and natural resource assets.

Prior to that he was at KPMG Australia where he specialised in project financing and M&A, structuring multi-million-dollar debt facilities to support resource sector growth.

Mr Kailis is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a Graduate Diploma in Exploration Geoscience, giving him a unique combination of financial acumen and deep mining industry expertise.

Mr Moyle is a geologist with a demonstrated track record of exploration success. He has held senior roles with Australian, South American, and African mineral projects.

Mr Moyle most recently held the position of Exploration Manager at Sovereign Metals, where he is co-credited with the discovery of the Kasiya Rutile Graphite Deposit, the largest of its type in the world.

Prior to this Mr Moyle held the role of Exploration Manager at Latin Resources where he was instrumental in leading the lithium exploration strategy in Argentina and then transitioning the team to Brazil, where his team identified and secured the claims hosting the world class Collina Lithium deposit.

Earlier in his career Mr Moyle played a pivotal role as Senior Exploration Geologist at Pilbara Minerals, contributing to the discovery and growth of the Pilgangoora Lithium deposit.

Mr Pearce is a Chartered Accountant and is currently a Director of several ASX listed companies that operate in the resources sector.

Mr Pearce has had considerable experience in the formation and development of listed resource companies and has worked for several large international Chartered Accounting firms.

Mr Pearce is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Mr Muccilli is a Geologist with over 28 years’ extensive exploration, development and operational experience in the resources sector, with specialist expertise in nickel, gold, zinc and lead. He has worked at various gold and base metals projects across Australia.

This includes his position as the former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for Mincor Resources NL.

During his 14 years at Mincor, Mr Muccilli also held the role of Kambalda Exploration Manager where he led the team that was responsible for much of Mincor’s nickel exploration success, including the high-grade greenfield Cassini discovery. This work was recognised with Mr Muccilli being honored with the 2020 AMEC Prospector of the Year Award.

Mr Stoikovich holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from the University of NSW; a Master of Environmental Engineering from the University of Wollongong; and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from Curtin University.

Mr Stoikovich also holds a 1st Class Coal Mine Managers Ticket from the Coal Mine Qualifications Board (NSW, Australia) and is a registered Chartered Engineer and Chartered Environmentalist in the United Kingdom.

He has extensive experience in the resources sector gained from a unique career firstly as a Mining Engineer with BHP Billiton and more recently as a senior executive within the investment banking sector in London. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of GreenX Metals.

Mr Fox specialises in corporate and business development, focusing on project generation for emerging companies and advancing upstream and midstream assets.

As a seasoned corporate finance executive, he brings extensive experience in equity capital markets, strategic growth, and project execution within the metals and mining sector.

Mr Fox’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and equity market funding to downstream strategy implementation. He is adept at forging key partnerships with global multinational corporations.

Mr Fox holds a Master of Applied Finance, with a major in Corporate Finance and Investment Management.

Anastasios (Taso) Arima is a US-based resource executive with a strong history of identifying company-making resource projects in North America and Europe.

He is currently the Managing Director and CEO of IperionX (ASX:IPX), a metals technology company focused on creating an All-American, sustainable, low-cost, low-carbon Titanium supply chain.

Prior to this, Mr. Arima founded Piedmont Lithium (NASDAQ: PLL) and was instrumental in securing the funding that enabled the company to grow into one of the most critical lithium chemical projects in the United States and ultimately list on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

Mr. Cordin is a mining executive with a proven track record in the resources sector, having played a key role in numerous ASX and AIM-listed exploration and development companies.

With extensive experience in identifying and acquiring early-stage projects, he has been instrumental in establishing a number of successful companies across multiple jurisdictions.

His expertise extends to negotiating critical commercial agreements and securing high-value strategic investments and offtake agreements across a range of commodities.
